What does it mean to "discover what's better"?
We curate products that are (a) high design & quality, (b) organic / no or low toxin, (c) eco-friendly / sustainable and (d) awesome, that are safer & better for you, your family & your planet. If you know Method Soap, that's a perfect example of the type of product we curate. I just bought a item, when will I receive it?
If you bought a featured product on blissmo.com it should be prepared for shipping within one week, although we do everything we can to ensure items ships as soon as possible. For vouchers, one should be emailed to your within 24 hours.
What does "reserved time left" mean when I add an item to my cart?
Most products we feature on blissmo are limited in supply, so to be fair to all members the items in your cart are reserved for a limited time. If you don't complete checkout within the time specified, the items in your cart will be removed and available to others for purchase. If you still want an item and your cart has expired, simply re-add the item to your cart (if available) and checkout.
What shipping method do you use?
Shipping method often depends on the brand, and as items are shipped by the brands themselves, shipping will vary product to product. In order to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion we recommend using a street address and avoiding PO boxes.
Do you ship to Canada?
Some of the time - but often not :(. Deals that ship to Canada will be clearly identified as such.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently, we've not had any promotions that ship internationally. Maybe in the future!
Do you take returns?
For products in original packaging customers have 14 days from receiving the item to return an item (customer pays return shipping). For vouchers, customers have 5 days from date of purchase to request a refund. We recommend reading our full return policy for more.
